Krisztina Bell, Owner

No Vacancy Home Staging

As the founder of No Vacancy Home Staging, Krisztina Bell continues to be recognized among the Real Estate Staging Association’s Top 100 Most Influential People in Real Estate Staging. With over 20 years of experience providing home staging services, her team helps clients sell their homes faster and for top dollar in today’s real estate market.

“We make the home staging process effortless,” Bell explains. “Our clients can contact us, get a staging quote, sign a contract, fill out an under contract notice and download recommended home staging paint colors within seconds online.”

Bell’s expert real estate marketing advice and company work have been featured on Fox 5’s “Good Day Atlanta” as well as in REALTOR® Magazine, Woman’s World Magazine and Apartment Therapy, among other publications. She is also a contributing writer for the National Association of Realtors’ “Styled, Staged & Sold” blog.

Dedicated to education, Bell teaches monthly continuing education classes on home staging and painting. She also leads a course for designers and aspiring stagers on the business of home staging through Emory University. “Making connections through these classes has established [our team] as Atlanta’s vacant home staging experts,” she reports.

Bell has an exclusive partnership with and serves on the business development committee for Furnish with Love, an Atlanta nonprofit. As part of her annual fundraising, she will be decorating her fifth home for a family emerging from homelessness, and she encourages other local business owners to experience the rewards of giving back to their community.

In the near future, Bell is launching a new collaborative marketing course for stagers nationwide, and she continues to conduct joint marketing events with industry leaders such as California Closets, Sherwin-Williams and the Atlanta Decorative Arts Center. “I believe collaboration fosters growth, sparks innovation and builds long-term relationships,” she shares.
