mRELEVANCE  researched Atlanta’s top 25 home builders, as ranked by Metrostudy, for the first three quarters of 2013, to see who had the largest social media following on Facebook.

Lennar Homes Atlanta ranked No. 1, with 26,000 people liking their Facebook page. Beazer Homes ranked second place with just over 12,300 likes. Rounding out the top five were Pulte Homes with more than 7,200 likes, Ryland Homes with just over 5,500 and KM Homes, which had 2,302 likes.

Atlanta Real Estate Forum notes that Lennar Homes has a small budget devoted to Facebook Like campaigns, and they also run a number of Facebook contests.  The Lennar page is a local Atlanta page; however, the Beazer, Pulte and Ryland pages are all national pages.
