Atlanta capped off a strong year of real estate in 2013 with Trulia’s latest Price and Rent Monitors.
Asking prices in Atlanta ended 2013 on a high note, according to the latest Price Monitor from real estate website Trulia.
Asking prices were up a sterling 17.1 percent year-over-year in December, though they were up just 1.0 percent from the third quarter, which suggests a bit of a slowdown.
Asking rents remained strong, however, rising 5.9 percent year-over-year; that was the eight strongest increase among the nation’s 25 largest housing markets.
