Coldwell Banker Realty has hired a new managing broker for its Intown Atlanta office and a new assistant manager for its Marietta/Cobb and Douglasville offices.
Rachel Carter will lead the Intown office. She holds a Georgia broker’s license and previously served as district manager for Coldwell Banker’s Mid Atlantic/Virginia region. She was recently inducted into the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors Hall of Fame and has been recognized as a Woman on the Rise by Coldwell Banker.
In Marietta/Cobb and Douglasville, Stasi Harper joins as the new assistant manager. Harper has been with Coldwell Banker since she became a licensed real estate professional in 2018. She also holds a Georgia associate broker’s license.
Carter began her career with Coldwell Banker in Alexandria, Virginia, in 2007, where she was named Rookie of the Year in 2008. She got her start in management as branch vice president of Coldwell Banker’s Georgetown office in Washington, D.C.
Carter graduated cum laude from the University of South Carolina with a bachelor’s degree in international studies and government. She also holds a master’s degree in national security studies from Georgetown University.
“We are excited to have her on board and look forward to the positive impact she will undoubtedly bring to our Intown office,” Coldwell Banker Regional Vice President – Atlanta Sherry Noles said in a press release.
Harper previously worked in hospitality, which provided her a solid foundation for her career in real estate, Coldwell Banker said.
“Stasi’s commitment to professional growth and collaboration has helped her build lasting relationships and achieve significant success within the Coldwell Banker community,” Noles said. “We are confident that her expertise and positive energy will be a tremendous asset to our office.”
