After a few months of solid growth, home sales in the Atlanta area took a step back in June.
After a few strong months of growth, Atlanta-area home sales stumbled again in June, according to the latest market brief from the Atlanta Board of Realtors.
Home sales for the 11-county area were down 1.2 percent from June 2013 and 4.0 percent from May 2014; though home sales have been routinely down by yearly measures in 2014, they were up by monthly measures the previous three months (including a 20.2 percent increase in March).
