The optimal time for listing properties in Atlanta is closer than you think.

You should probably get on it and list your clients’ properties if you haven’t done it already.

That’s the takeaway from a new report from Zillow, which found that the ideal time to list property in the Atlanta area is from mid-March to mid-April.

Doing so not only leads to roughly 14 percent of Atlanta listings selling faster, but also, 6.2 percent of listings sell above their Zestimate.
