•New construction homes are not only bigger than past residences, but according to a new NAHB analysis, they also have more rooms.

•Villa Juanita, one of Atlanta’s most iconic estates, has sold for $7.2 million; it’s the second-highest sale this year in Buckhead, and the seventh-highest of all time.
