The Metro Atlanta new construction market is putting up strong numbers in 2016, according to research from Dodge Data & Analytics.
In August, Metro Atlanta saw more than $464 million in total residential construction spending, a 15 percent decline from Aug. 2015. Metro Atlanta’s year-to-date construction spending, though, is quite positive, and now totals $5.071 billion, a 12 percent increase over the same time period last year.
