Marshall Berch is the team leader for Marshall Berch and Associates of Palmer House Properties, one of Atlanta’s top real estate teams. He became a real estate agent in 1992 and was named Rookie of the Year his first year in the business. He considers working in real estate and being a member of a team the perfect combination for him because he loves working with people. Berch finds meeting differing needs, drawing on a depth of experiences and building relationships highly satisfying. He has formed a team of agents with diverse backgrounds, skill sets and different forms of expertise to meet his main objective of having a team with a  focus on “collective wisdom.” Berch has been associated with one of the top five real estate teams for the past 20 years, holding the No. 1 spot multiple times. He is married and has two sons: one who is a college student and the other a designer in New York City. Marshall is an Atlanta native, born at Emory Hospital.
