RE/MAX Around Atlanta acquires RE/MAX Greater Atlanta
Kristen Jones and Megan Wyatt, broker/owners of RE/MAX Around Atlanta, have announced that they will acquire the RE/MAX Greater Atlanta franchise. The combined franchise, along with RE/MAX Greater Atlanta’s office in Marietta, will operate under the RE/MAX Around Atlanta name. The transaction brings the total agent count for the combined franchise to 110.
Former RE/MAX Greater Atlanta owners Ben Christopher and Denny Jones will stay on as agents. “The news has created quite a buzz, and we have already spoken with several agents from other companies who are interested in learning more about what we are doing,” Kristen Jones said in a press release. “We have many agents who work and live in the area as well, and they are thrilled to have an office in their community.”
Lorraine Beato to lead new Atlanta chapter of Women’s Real Estate Network
Lorraine Beato of PalmerHouse Properties will lead the Atlanta chapter of the Women’s Real Estate Network, the organization has announced. The official launch of the new chapter will be September 18th.
“It is not often that you find women at the front of the room as speakers or presenters at real estate events,” Beato said in a press release. “The times that I have spoken, I am always thrilled when women in the audience come up to me and say, ‘You have shown me that I can do this too!’ So what better way to do that on a bigger scale than launch a group specifically geared towards female entrepreneurs?”
New head of marketing to join Harry Norman, Realtors
Harry Norman, Realtors announced Tuesday that Luke Trigwell will join the brokerage as its Director of Marketing. A native of Australia, Trigwell’s 15-year career has included managing marketing campaigns in real estate and in other industries. He has served as Director of Marketing for Sterling Real Estate Group, where he led digital marketing strategies.
“It is evident Luke is passionate about delivering marketing strategies that truly engage audiences and achieve the best results for the business and for clients,” Harry Norman, Realtors CEO and President Jenni Bonura said. “I am confident he will elevate our brand to new levels.”
