How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents? My consistency, professionalism and ability to make a close. The proof is in the pudding. My niche is people not places.
What is the most difficult aspect of your job? Educating people who have been misled about the home buying process.
What’s your best advice for generating new leads? Get out and network, stay in touch, work your database and implement a drip campaign.
What are you binge-watching/reading/listening to lately? I’m watching “Botched” on Netflix, reading “The Book of Ruth” and listening to lots of R&B.
What’s your favorite meal in Atlanta? The Hawaiian Steak from Houston’s on Peachtree.
Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Atlanta? 1180 Peachtree, commonly known as the Symphony Tower 41 story in Midtown.
What’s the weirdest thing that’s ever happened to you on the job? A tenant moved into a property before we even closed.
What’s one thing people are surprised to learn about you? I have 6 kids ages 22-31.
What is your favorite vacation spot and why? Cabo San Lucas, Mexico because it’s our family meeting spot.
