Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Atlanta is changing its name to Coldwell Banker Realty as part of a national rebranding effort of the company’s Coldwell Banker North Star logo.

“The Coldwell Banker North Star is a refreshed look and feel, but it also symbolizes the guiding light welcoming home sales associates who want an unparalleled level of support and technology in order to thrive,” Laura Rittenberg, president of Coldwell Banker Realty in Atlanta, said in a press release.

Land Advisors Organization opens Atlanta office

Land Advisors Organization, a land brokerage and advising firm, is opening a new office in Atlanta. The office will provide land brokerage and capital advisory services to a variety of clients, including developers, homebuilders and landowners, according to a press release from the company.

Veteran broker David Moore will manage the Atlanta office. “I am proud to align myself with an organization whose strong reputation and focused knowledge benefits clients through data-driven market insights, which will now be available to more throughout the southeastern region,” Moore said in a statement.
