The first 14 floors of residential high-rise condominium Seven88 West Midtown have been completed and are scheduled to be available this fall, according to a press release from developer McKinley Homes.

“It is exciting to see this long-awaited condominium building coming to fruition. Condo units on 14 floors are finished and interiors on other floors are being completed and appliances installed,” @Ansley Developer Services Managing Partner David Tufts said in the press release. “We look forward to welcoming Seven88 West Midtown buyers home later this year.”

Construction is underway for the parking deck and luxury amenities which include a saltwater swimming pool, fitness center, dog yard and spa. Safety will also be assured with a concierge, controlled access parking, bike storage and package lockers according to the company press release.

Seven88 West Midtown offers 279 residences with a choice of 20 different floor plans ranging from studio to three-bedroom units. Homes are priced starting at around $300,000 to over $1 million. The ground level will also include 9,000 square feet of retail, entertainment and restaurant space.
