Sales are underway at Mayfair on Main, a luxury community going up at the intersection of Main and Roswell streets in Alpharetta. 

The project is a joint venture between Mayfair Residential, Trilogy Investment and Blue River Lifestyle Communities, Blue River Development’s new homebuilding division, which was launched with this inaugural project last year. 

The community will have 24 single-family homes, comprising 13 detached and 11 townhomes. Prices begin at $1.3 million; seven have been presold.
