Growing up, what did you want to be? I wanted to be in fashion like a lot of little girls.

How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents? I feel like that our heart is to help people. They are not another transactions to me — they are important, their families are important. I feel like our customers know how important they are to us.
What is the most difficult aspect of your job? All the guideline changes all the time. All the moving parts with finances and making sure we make it go as smooth as possible.
