Magnolia Residential and t-Olive Properties are enjoying their moment in the sun, winning in multiple categories in the 2020 OBIE Awards, held by the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association.

The Sicily home plan at Villa Magnolia by Magnolia Residential won a Silver OBIE. The Sicily contains a three-story floor plan with an open-concept design, elevator options and chef-style kitchens. Villa Magnolia homes are located within walking distance to downtown Alpharetta, walking paths and Wills Park.

The wins were also cause to celebrate for the Tamra Wade team of RE/MAX TRU, which has worked on several projects with the two builders. Magnolia Residential received a Silver OBIE Award for best detached model building design ($600,000 to $699,000) and t-Olive won the Best Home Builder in North Atlanta Award.
