Think December is a slowdown month for home sales? Well, don’t let Atlantans know because residential sales climbed 5.8% from the previous month in the 12-county region that makes up the Atlanta metro area, according to Georgia MLS.
Sales had dipped 14.5% in November but rebounded with a total 7,074 sales in the last month of 2020. Sales jumped 10.3% year over year in December, according the Housing Snapshot.
