Artisan Built Communities is opening a new phase in the NorthFarm section of the NatureWalk at Seven Hills community in Paulding County.

The new phase will offer 11 farmhouse-style homes priced from the low $300,000s. The homes will come in five styles and range from 1,936 to 3,464 square feet with up to six bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms.

“This new phase at NorthFarm allows us to offer more homes without basements, which proved to be a fast seller in our initial phase,” Artisan President Stephen Haines said in a release.

Options include a first-floor owner’s or private-guest suite, a formal dining room and a dedicated computer area. Buyers can expand their home to include a three-car garage and a third floor with an additional bedroom and loft. 

All NorthFarm kitchens include granite countertops and Samsung stainless steel appliances, while great rooms include pushbutton fireplaces. Buyers may order covered patios and outdoor fireplaces. 

The Seven Hills community includes hiking and biking trails, a 13-acre theme park-style water park, a wellness center, a playground, and tennis, basketball and volleyball courts.
