Toll Brothers plans to open Toll Brothers at Overlook at Lenox Park, a new luxury townhome community in Brookhaven, this summer.
Located at 2184 Crestview Drive, the enclave sits between North Druid Hills Road and Lenox Park Boulevard NE and is zoned for the DeKalb County School District. Prices start in the low $900,000s.
The residences will stand three or four stories tall and range from 2,600 to 3,700 square feet, with three to four bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and two-car garages. Community amenities will include a pool and cabana.
