Harry Norman, Realtors has launched its newest department, Developer Services, dedicated to builders and developers of clients purchasing new construction homes.

“The announcement of our Developer Services division is a critical next step in growing Harry Norman, and we have several distinct advantages in servicing builders and developers,” Jenni Bonura, Harry Norman CEO and President, said in a press release.

Services in the new division include marketing research and strategy, pre-development planning, sales management and project analysis and reporting.

Leslie Johnson, who has previously held the positions of Managing Broker of Harry Norman’s Buckhead and Intown offices, will lead the new division. Johnson’s expertise in new construction ranges from business development to managing sales and operations.

“This is prime time for us to be launching this division,” Johnson said in the press release, noting that demand for new construction homes continues to grow as the Atlanta housing market grows stronger. “I’m excited by the opportunity to apply my expertise to leading the Developer Services division and am confident that with the support and infrastructure of Harry Norman, this will be a huge success for us and our clients.”
