Thrive Residential is proposing a giant mixed-use development just inside the Perimeter in Chamblee.
The project, dubbed Chamblee Park, calls for 417 condominiums, 28 single-family homes, 370 apartment units and 10,000 square feet of retail space, according to a recent filing with the Georgia Department of Community Affairs.
The development is located on 29.5 acres in the western quadrant of the intersection of Peachtree Industrial Boulevard and the Perimeter.
The preliminary timeline calls for construction to be completed in 2024.
Thrive Residential, which was acquired by Fortune 500 homebuilder Toll Brothers Inc. in February 2020, specializes in urban infill communities in Atlanta and Nashville.
