Artisan Built Communities will open seven new home sites for sale this summer at the sold-out Georgian golf-course community in Paulding County.  

Buyers will be allowed their choice among three farmhouse-style floor plans priced from the $350,000s. The Savannah, Alston and Hartwell plans offer 2,773 to 2,975 square feet with four or five bedrooms and up to four bathrooms. All sites include basements. 

Kitchens in The Georgian include granite countertops and Samsung stainless-steel appliances. Exteriors offer board–and–batten siding, natural wood details and carriage-style garage doors. 

“This has always been a sought-after address in the area, as evidenced by the fact that there are currently no available new construction home opportunities,” Artisan Built President Stephen Haines said in a press release. “These seven new opportunities on Baywood Lane are what we expect to be the first of many new homes we build in The Georgian this year.” 

The Georgian is home to The Frog, an 18-hole championship golf course from Tom Fazio. The community also includes a waterpark-style pool, a community clubhouse, playgrounds, a tennis center, a basketball court and community gardens.
