Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties has been racking up professional recognitions recently.
It ranked No. 5 in the Atlanta Journal-Constitution‘s Top Workplaces 2021 survey, and 16 of its agents were recognized with the Phoenix Award by the Atlanta Realtors Association.
The AJC list is based solely on anonymous employee feedback that is gathered through a third-party survey administered by an employee-engagement technology provider. The survey measures 15 “culture drivers,” including alignment, execution and connection.
“During this very challenging time, Top Workplaces has proven to be a beacon of light for organizations, as well as a sign of resiliency and strong business performance,” Energage CEO Eric Rubino said in a press release.
The Phoenix Award is presented to real estate agents who have qualified for at least 10 years in a Board of Realtors Top Producers or equivalent awards program.
This year’s award recipients are Marsha Sell, for 45 years; Mary Ellen Harris, for 35 years; Kristy Bein, for 30 years; Anne Mabry and Susan Fitzgerald with 25 years; Julie Brittain, Debbie Scott, Shirley Simmons and Gina Weeks, for 20 years; and Jonathan Lee, with 15 years. Ten-year recipients include Marsha Johnson, Tammy Liquori, Melissa Risley, Tammy Vernon, Phil Wages and Donna C. Wood.
Sell also received the first-ever Sapphire Phoenix Award in recognition of her 45th consecutive year as an Atlanta Realtors Association Top Producer.
