Atlanta-based Vista Realty Partners has added two regional partners to its leadership team as it embarks on the first phase of a planned southeastern expansion.
Michael Neyhart, former director of investments at Vista, was promoted to managing director and regional partner, according to a press release. In this role, Neyhart will manage Vista’s multifamily platform in its Atlanta office, overseeing site selection, architectural and engineering design, development, construction management, finance, asset management and dispositions throughout Georgia and Alabama.
In his eight years at Vista, Neyhart has been involved in the acquisition and development of more than 4,500 residential units, with a total capitalization exceeding $600 million.
Brett Gelsomino, formerly of ZOM, was hired to open a new office in Florida. In his new role, he will oversee site selection, design, financing, development and construction management, asset management and, ultimately, dispositions throughout the state.
During his career, Gelsomino has developed more than 2,500 multifamily and senior-living units across multiple markets, at a cost value of over $1 billion.
