The number of new listings for homes in the Atlanta area rose 13.9% month over month in June to 10,048, the Georgia MLS reported, citing its monthly survey of the 12-county metro region.

Sales volume rose 10.8% month over month to $3.46 billion, while the number of units sold rose 8.2% over the same period, to 8,230.

The median sales price rose 3.1% from May and 25.4% from June 2020 to $350,000.
