Realty ONE Group is expanding its Atlanta footprint with the opening of a new franchise, Realty ONE Group Terminus.

Founder and CEO Adrian Provost said the firm’s headquarters will be in West Midtown, while a Buckhead location will be the hub for its ONE Luxe department. An office downtown will serve as the primary location for the ONE Commercial department.

The firm has already opened an office in Fairburn, which will serve as Terminus South. Terminus opened its doors to agents Aug. 2. 

“Atlanta has been missing a powerful, global brand in the real estate sales sector that is genuinely agent-centric, but Realty ONE Group Terminus has arrived to fill that void,” Provost said in a press release.

Realty ONE Group is a fast-growing real estate franchisor. It has more than 300 offices in the U.S. and Canada and is expanding in Costa Rica, Singapore and Spain.
