As a third-generation Realtor and Atlanta native, Joe Crochet knows the metro like the back of his hand. He founded Crochet Realty Group in 2020: a professional real estate team serving buyers and sellers in and around Atlanta. And it remains their mission to provide clients with a one-stop-shop for all their real estate needs.

In 2021 alone, Crochet Realty Group brought in $33 million in total sales volume and Crochet himself received many accolades: PalmerHouse Properties Top Producer, Atlanta REALTORS® Association Top Producer and the Best of Zillow Award, honoring the top 10% percent of agents nationwide. He is also member of the Multi-Million Dollar Club and in May, he represented clients in Midtown’s highest recorded sale for a Single Family Detached Home.
