A portfolio of more than 200 metro-Atlanta single-family-rental homes recently sold for over $45 million.
The buyers were “two premier institutional firms attracted to high-performing portfolios,” said Sylvan Realty, which brokered the sale. Sale prices for the homes started at $225,000.
The real estate brokerage firm did not immediately respond to a request for more information.
Sylvan Realty described the properties as value-add, three-bedroom, two-bathroom homes of 1,400 square feet and up, located in commuter-friendly neighborhoods. The homes have “superior finishes and institutional-quality renovations and property management,” the company said in a press release.
“This transaction provided a terrific opportunity to acquire a high-performing portfolio in a very desirable submarket,” said John Bielefeldt, of Sylvan Realty. “We believe this portfolio is well positioned for continued growth.”
