Loganville’s ZIP code is among the hottest for real estate in the country, according to a recent analysis by Opendoor.
Opendoor examined MLS data in areas where it has brokerages to determine where the most homes went under contract within 90 days during the first half of the year. It ranked ZIP code 30053 in Loganville No. 5 in the nation.
“These hot ZIP codes show where demand from buyers is stronger than ever, and serve as a strong indicator to agents that there’s opportunity to grow their businesses and clientele in these areas,” said Will Holmes, general manager for agent growth at Opendoor. “A top feature drawing buyers this year is the weather. The vast majority of top neighborhoods are located in cities that boast warm weather year-round.”
The top Atlanta-area ZIP codes aside from Loganville included 30024 in Suwanee, 30040 and 30041 in Cumming and 30043, touching multiple communities in Gwinnett County.
