The 284-unit Avenue 33 Apartments in Stockbridge recently sold for $58.2 million, or about $205,000 per residence, in an off-market transaction.
The garden-apartment community was built in 1999 and is located at 3386 Mount Zion Road. Community amenities include a clubhouse, swimming pool, fitness center, business center, dog park and outdoor grilling stations.
Peak Capital Partners sold the property to REM Acquisitions and was represented by Chandler Brown, Taylor Brown, Cory Caroline Sams and Walter Miller of GREA.
Peak Capital’s renovation plan is primarily focused on enhancing previously completed upgrades.
“We were proud to represent the seller in this transaction and wish the buyer the best as they execute their renovation plan,” GREA managing director Chandler Brown said in a news release.
