National homebuilder Century Communities Inc. recently opened four new Atlanta-area communities for sales: Riverwood and Summit Pointe in Dallas, Rockwell Meadows in Winder and Chimney Oaks in Homer.  

Altogether, the communities encompass 243 new homesites around Atlanta and offer a variety of single- and two-story detached homes. Most of the neighborhoods include amenities like pools, clubhouses, sports courts and trails. 

“Starting from the $300s, these exciting new communities are spread across fast-growing and highly desirable locations in the Atlanta Metro area,” said Monica Phillips, vice president of sales and marketing for Atlanta. “We’re eager for homebuyers to tour our new models, explore available homes and find their perfect combination of dream home and location.” 

Riverwood, at 51 Dew Drop Point in Dallas, has 52 homesites with single-family homes priced from the mid $400,000s. The homes come in four two-story floor plans and encompass up to 3,075 square feet. Community amenities include a pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, fitness center, pools and basketball and pickleball courts. 

Summit Pointe, at 716 Colbert Road in Dallas, has 95 homesites with single-family homes from the high $300,000s. Homes are available in five two-story floor plans with up to 2,802 square feet. Community amenities include a pool, cabana and playground. 

Rockwell Meadows, at 35 Cattail Lane in Winder, has 58 homesites for single-family homes from the high $400,000s. Homes are available in four single- and two-story floor plans with up to 3,403 square feet. 

Finally, Chimney Oaks, at 148 Chimney Oaks Drive in Homer, has 38 homesites for single-family homes from the high $300,000s. Residences come in six single- and two-story floor plans with up to 3,115 square feet. Community amenities include a clubhouse, Olympic pool, tennis courts, trail and golf course.
