Atlanta-based multifamily investor Vista Residential Partners broke ground on the development of the Creekview Vista community in LaGrange.

Situated on 36 acres at 1705 Hamilton Road, the 279-unit complex will be part of a larger master-planned community, which will include single-family homes on an adjacent parcel and restaurant and retail space at the entrance.  

The community will offer one-, two- and three-bedroom townhome-style residences averaging almost 1,000 square feet. Community amenities will include a clubhouse, resort-style pool, fitness center, pet park and 24/7 package concierge. 

“Creekview Vista continues Vista’s effort to seek out suburban locations near major metropolitan areas that have received limited new supply of quality workforce housing,” Vista Residential CEO Eduard de Guardiola said in a press release. “Its unique low density, two-story architectural design will enhance the community’s appeal to the burgeoning workforce supporting the numerous corporate employment opportunities that have been recently created in this sub-market.” 

A joint venture between Batson Cook Development Company and Blue Vista Management provided equity for the development. Phillips Partnership served as the project’s architect.
