Ardent Loans LLC, a boutique, family-owned mortgage broker, recently opened in Alpharetta. 

Founded by lending veteran Max Kallos, the firm offers conventional, Federal Housing Administration, Veterans Administration and jumbo loans, as well as refinancing options and home-buying assistance.  

“We are excited to bring our expertise and personalized service to the Alpharetta community,” said Kallos, who serves as the brokerage’s president. “Our goal is to help our clients achieve their dream of homeownership, and we will work tirelessly to make that happen.” 

Kallos is joined by loan officer and marketing director Bryan Lima, loan officer Jordan Kong, processor Lisa Clark and closer Jennifer Brookins.
