Toll Brothers Inc. plans to open its Henley by Toll Brothers luxury townhome community in Avondale Estates for sales this summer.

The development will offer 33 residences based on Toll Brothers’ Hillmont and Kourtney home designs. The Hillmont offers three bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths, while the Kourtney offers four bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths.
Both have more than 2,000 square feet of living space, two-car garages and third-floor main bedrooms. Prices begin in the upper $500,000s.
The community has direct access to the Stone Mountain Trail and outdoor recreation.
