Sometimes your agent has to tell you bad news. It is your job to be honest and act with integrity and protect your client. But you must keep your personal and political feelings out of it and make your client your priority. Sometimes appraisals don’t match up with sales prices, buyers want to pull out of deals, sellers unexpectedly have to relocate. Share the information and be a solutions provider.
Don’t be a secret agent! Everyone has some sort of real estate need.
