Georgia MLS has teamed up with Restb.ai to bring the firm’s real estate-focused artificial intelligence to home-listing creation.
The first phase of a multi-phase technology-integration process will bring GAMLS members Restb.ai’s property image tags, which can automatically detect the room type and home space of uploaded property images, providing RESO-standardized field classifications.
In addition to detecting room type, Restb.ai’s tech will pre-populate listing-input forms with relevant information identified in the photos. Agents can review all AI-generated details before providing final confirmation.
“Saving our members a significant amount of time by automating the listing input means greater business productivity, and that can help them become more successful,” GAMLS CEO Richard Boone said in a press release.
Once all phases of Restb.ai’s MLS Product Suite are integrated, listing upload times will be shortened and MLS data will be richer because the number of populated information fields will increase, Restb.ai said, adding that by tagging and labeling each image, property listings will also be compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
“Georgia MLS remains at the front of the line when it comes to adopting breakthrough technology that delivers incredible value to their agent and broker members,” said Lisa Larson, Restb.ai managing director, North America. “And this is just the beginning of the many benefits our AI will deliver to improve agent workflow.”
