Read Property Group sold the Elite X-ing apartment community in Decatur to OREI Azora for about $31.3 million. 

The garden apartments, which opened in 1989, are located at 10 Creste Drive and offer 210 units with two-, three- and four-bedroom floor plans averaging 1,213 square feet. OREI Azora plans to spend $2 million renovating the property, including upgrades to the clubhouse, pool, landscaping, package lockers, pergola, outdoor kitchen, dog park and fitness center.

“The new buyer will do well with this property by capitalizing on the thousands of jobs coming to the corridor,” Brown said. “We wish the buyer the best as they execute their renovation plan.”
