Developers this week held the grand opening of Everton Estates, a 183-luxury townhome community in Cartersville.
The project’s backers, Kaplan Residential and Atlantic Residential, said the new rental community achieved an occupancy rate of more than 30% during pre-leasing.
The townhomes are available with two- and three-bedroom floorplans and come in two interior palettes designed by Crosby Design Group. Interior amenities include granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, woodgrain plank flooring and stand-up showers and a soaking tubs. All units have a washer and dryer and a balcony or patio.
English & Associates Architects designed and built the community amenities, which include a resort-style pool with sunning ledges and semi-private cabanas, fitness center, clubroom and entertainment kitchen, grill stations, playground and firepits. Townhome garages all include electric-vehicle charging stations.
“The modern farmhouse vision for Everton Estates combines classic elements of design as seen in the bucolic countryside around Cartersville with modern touches that sophisticated home dwellers have come to expect,” said Ben Field, development manager of Atlantic Residential. “Our clean white motif is meant to be a breath of fresh air for residents and guests. We feel that this community is reaching the market just as Cartersville is entering a new phase of growth — as residents flock to the area to be close to all the great new job opportunities present and in the pipeline.”
