Taylor Morrison is bringing over 500 new single-family homes to the Atlanta area through four communities in Gwinnett, Bartow and Cobb counties.
“We are motivated by the growth in store for our Atlanta division in 2025 and look forward to offering prospective customers a range of product types and prime locations across four beautiful communities,” Taylor Morrison Atlanta Division President Jaime Pou said in a press release. “From unique floor plans to desirable school districts, exciting planned amenities and convenient access to dining, recreation and shopping, our new communities offer something for a variety of lifestyles to enjoy.”
The largest of the four communities is Heritage River in Euharlee, which began selling this month. Heritage River will offer 300 homes ranging from 1,772 square feet to 2,598 square feet and starting from the mid-$300,000s. The development’s planned amenities include a resort-style swimming pool, pickleball courts and a National Wildlife Federation-certified monarch butterfly garden.
Windance Lake in Loganville also recently opened for sales. The community will offer 111 single-family homes priced from the low $400,000s and ranging from 2,034 square feet to 2,696 square feet. Amenities will include a pond, pool and cabana, and National Wildlife Federation-certified monarch butterfly garden as well.
The Reserve at Hickory Walk in Kennesaw will begin sales next month. The community will bring 56 homes ranging from 3,190 square feet to 4,111 square feet to market. Prices start in the $700,000s.
Finally, Oakmead in Buford is also selling. The boutique community will offer 46 homes ranging from 2,696 square feet to 3,653 square feet. Prices begin in the low $600,000s. Oakmead will be zoned for the highly sought-after Seckinger High School, Taylor Morrison noted.
