A joint venture of Novare Group, BCDC and PointOne Holdings broke ground on a new luxury apartment community in Acworth.  

The project encompasses more than 20 acres and features 330 residences, including 20 carriage homes with garages. The community will offer plenty of outdoor greenspace, including a centralized green, backers said in an announcement. 

Located at 5950 Highway 92, the project is the 38th joint venture between Novare Group and BCDC and is PointOne’s 20th apartment development.

City National Bank is providing debt financing, while Dynamik Design is the architect, and Stratus Construction is serving as the general contractor. 

The development’s first units are scheduled for delivery in October 2024.
