Atlanta’s latest luxury apartment tower, NOMIA, will open this fall and is taking reservations now.

Located at 17th and Peachtree streets in Midtown, the 281-unit building stands 33 stories tall and boasts a host of top-shelf amenities, including a rooftop plunge pool, full-service concierge with “white glove service,” a “star-gazing terrace” with fireside lounges, TULU luxury vending and a spa, according to the developer, Greystar.
Apartments range from a 382-square-foot studio for $1,670 per month to a 2,192-square-foot penthouse, rent undisclosed. Interiors come in three palettes and include “modern designer-grade finishes,” mudrooms and private terraces and floor-to-ceiling windows in some units.
A podium below the residences will offer street-level retail and a parking deck with EV chargers.
