New-home focused lender Victory Mortgage LLC promoted Origination Manager Traci Lynn to the newly created position of national production manager. 

In her new role, Lynn will be responsible for delivering Victory loan products and services to its affiliated builder, Fischer Homes, its clients and outside customers, as well as overseeing all seven of the firm’s branches. 

“I love looking at individuals and situations and creating ideas and processes that help them grow and improve together,” Lynn said. “I enjoy focusing on strong teams that create limitless possibilities for growth within our amazing company.” 

Lynn has been in the mortgage industry for more than 25 years, with the last seven spent at Victory. 

“Traci has been with Victory Mortgage for more than seven years and has contributed greatly to the success of our Atlanta and Louisville markets,” Victory Mortgage Director of Lending Tara Kersting said in a press release. “I look forward to her continued leadership on the origination side of the business.”
