The Integral Group is set to begin developing the second phase of Ashley at Scholars Landing, a mixed-income apartment community in Atlanta University Center. 

The new phase, to be built by McShane Construction Co., will add 212 affordable and market-rate units to the development and is slated to open in July 2025. The first phase, with 135 apartments, opened in 2020.

Located at 680 Atlanta Student Movement Blvd., the three- and four-story building is in the middle of Atlanta’s historically Black colleges and universities: Spelman College, Morehouse College and Clark Atlanta University.  

Designed by JHP Architecture, the building will feature an exterior of Hardie siding and brick masonry and was designed to achieve EarthCraft Gold Certification. 

Interior community amenities include a clubroom, fitness center, micro-offices and an activity space. Outside amenities comprise a pool area with cabanas and a walking park. Apartments will have high-end finishes like stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops.
