David Weekley Homes has opened sales at Crescent Pointe at Great Sky, a new 55-plus master-planned community in Canton.
The 92-homesite development has several residences under construction, with many slated for quick move-ins. The ranch-style homes in the community will feature six LifeDesign floor plans from the Encore by David Weekley Homes’ lifestyle product line. A 1.5-story, three-bedroom, three-bathroom model home using the Ridgeford floor plan will officially open Sept. 30.
“Our newest model in Crescent Pointe at Great Sky is wall-to-wall luxury you can live in,” said Atlanta Division President Adam Cornett. “It’s a place where our guests can envision spending everyday moments with the one they love but can also visualize countless gatherings with family and friends in the very entertainment friendly Ridgeford.”
Community amenities will include a clubhouse with a dedicated lifestyle director, as well as lighted pickleball and tennis courts, walking trails, community gardens and three pools, including a family pool with a splash pad.
