Artisan Built Communities is launching a new luxury community in Cumming: Jason’s Walk.   

The project will have at least 25 homesites and is near Lake Lanier. It features five of Artisan Built’s updated Estate floor plans, which include up to six bedrooms, five bathrooms and 2,539 to 3,137 square feet of living space. Four homesites offer basements. Prices begin in the $700,000s, and sales are slated to begin in summer 2024.
