Realty ONE Group Terminus recently brought on three new sales managers: Monique Fair, Thomas Griffin and Clarence Gabriel.  

Fair is a former associate broker at HomeSmart/PalmerHouse Properties. She began her career as a licensed agent at 19 and combined her early work as a model and receptionist to build her real estate business.  

Gabriel most recently served as an associate broker at Harry Norman and has more than 17 years of experience. His primary areas of focus include corporate partnerships, sponsorships and donor relations. 

Griffin has more than 20 years of experience in real estate. He most recently served as the managing broker for Coldwell Banker Bullard.
