Atlanta real estate veteran Marsha Sell has returned to Coldwell Banker Realty after eight years at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties. 

Sell recently celebrated 50 years in real estate and spent 40 of those at Coldwell Banker, where she became one of the firm’s top 25 agents internationally. 

Sell has won every sales award the Atlanta REALTORS® Association has — to the point that the group had to create a new award in 2021, Coldwell Banker said in an announcement. Sell was the first to win the Sapphire Phoenix, which recognizes 45 consecutive years in the association’s Multi-Million Dollar Club for annual sales. 

She is based out of Coldwell Banker’s Sandy Springs/Perimeter office at 5252 Roswell Road and specializes in the northern metro Atlanta market.
