Artisan Built Communities has launched work on The Manor at Gainesville Township, one of several villages going up in a new 1,122-acre master-planned community within Gainesville city limits.

The Manor is the first of several villages within the community and offers single-family homes priced from the $500,000s. It encompasses 110 home sites, which will be released in multiple phases, the first of which will have the largest homes. The six available plans offer three-car garages, three to five bedrooms and up to four bathrooms, with 2,767 to 3,431 square feet of living space.

Gainesville Township will eventually have over 2,000 homes, a central amenity center, passive parks, a trail system in 650 acres of open space and the adjacent J. Melvin Cooper Youth Athletic Complex.

“We are excited to be part of this incredible new community opening soon in Gainesville,” Artisan Built President Stephen Haines said in a press release. “This is our first foray into Hall County, and we believe Gainesville Township will become the area’s flagship community. This is a beautifully imagined master-planned community that pays homage to townships of old while offering all the quality, amenities and convenience that today’s homeowners desire.”
