Blue River Development relocated from Alpharetta to a new, larger office in Peachtree Corners to accommodate the “substantial growth” of its companies, it said in a release. 

The 12,000-square-foot office is located at 3715 Davinci Court and is directly across Peachtree Parkway from The Forum outdoor mall. Primarily a land developer, the firm’s other business arms — Blue River Communities, Blue River Lifestyle Communities, Blue River Brokerage and Blue River Capital — will also operate from the new location. 

“Our new office is not just bigger; it’s a space that reflects our commitment to innovation and teamwork,” Managing Partner Brad Cooper said. “With three conference rooms, a vast kitchen and areas designed for relaxation and recreation, including a pool table and golf simulator, we’re investing in a work environment that promotes the well-being and productivity of our team.” 

The move comes as Blue River has announced a slew of new hires over the past year, including executives, directors, managers and strategic partners. 

“Moving to Peachtree Corners puts us closer to our clients and projects, streamlines our operations and gives us quick access to the airport, making it easier to focus on expanding our verticals,” Managing Partner Michael Cooper added.
