My Home Communities has launched sales at its new development in Monroe, River Station. 

The community is located near the town’s downtown area and will bring 29 two-story homes priced from the high $300,000s to market. Eight floor plans are available, and the homesites feature large lots, My Home said in an announcement, adding that several homes are currently under construction. 

Home features include granite countertops, covered patios, stainless-steel appliances and walk-in closets in primary bedroom suites. River Station, which is located at 795 Cedar Ridge Road in Monroe, is USDA financing eligible, meaning that 100% financing is available for qualified individuals. 

“We are excited to open River Station and give homebuyers options for comfortable, attainable homes,” My Home Communities President Jacob Prather said in a release. “River Station provides spacious homesites with modern design in mind and multiple floor plans to allow homebuyers a choice.”
